Physically disabled people

Physically disabled people who can no longer work in their old jobs have the right to make a request for medical and working rehabilitation. Together with their rehabilitation consultant the disabled people will discuss the next steps for reintegration. Often it is necessary to check and test the participants with a RehaAssessment to find out their positive and negative skills before starting a new career.

The new rehab-model installed in 2009 and developed by the Vocational Retraining Centre Berufsförderungswerk Frankfurt am Main, becomes more successful every year. More than 70% of all participants found a new job perspective after retraining. The main goal of the new rehab-model is to plan custom-fit and individual trainings which will be assisted by a rehab- and integration-manager from the beginning till the end of a course.

With the new rehab-model the Vocational Retraining Centre Berufsförderungswerk Frankfurt am Main has developed a market-oriented integration management that meets the requirements of disabled people.
