People with hearing disabilities

Communication between hearing and deaf people The main objective of the vocational retraining is the permanent integration of disabled people into working and social life. The requirements of the job market, for example the professional competence of the employees, are constantly increasing. Deaf people or people with hearing disabilities usually have more difficulties to reach the goal and get back into the job market.

Communication between hearing and deaf people does not work without a sign language. Most of the hearing people cannot handle this form of communication. Also people with hearing disabilities do not always have a good grasp of sign language. At first, it is necessary to solve the communication problems. After that an individual reality-oriented vocational perspective can be developed.
